Subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment, requests will be processed on the day that payment is received before 09H00 and handed over to a courier company for delivery. Unless otherwise specified, delivery is stated per product. For main centres overnight delivery is offered, for outlying areas the delivery time may be extended to 3 working days. For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers, The Sun Auto will deliver via Post Office, or to the nearest town to the User that is accessible by our couriers within their normal routes. In these circumstances, Sun Auto will be in contact with the User to arrange an alternative address.
The Sun Auto will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and the courier company will ensure that goods arrive at the User’s chosen delivery address in the same good order.
Returns / Refund Policy
If on receiving your order you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, let our customer service team know and we will gladly collect it at your expense and provide you with a refund or voucher, provided the item is in its original condition (hasn’t been used) and in its original packaging.
If you have used a product and found it to be damaged or faulty we will collect the product at our expense and either replace, refund or repair the item, depending on the circumstance and date of purchase.
Although seldom charged, we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses.
Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs (Although rarely applied) provided the item has not already been sent by courier to you. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
All authorised returns must be unused and in their original condition and packaging and cannot be disassembled, fitted or damaged due to incorrect installation or user error.
The provider will pay for return courier fees/ postage if
A. Goods damaged or defective
B. Incorrectly supplied
The user pays return courier fees/ postage if
A. Does not want the items anymore
B. Goods are correctly supplied from incorrect customer information.
All authorised refunds will be made within 7 days of the Provider receiving the items at his premises.
Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
